Q1. WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED?

I don’t have an office space. It’s how I keep my costs low and its how I am able to pass savings and rebates along to my customers. Let’s meet at a cool coffee shop or something and talk!

Q2. i am a first time home buyer. I don’t think i know anything about the home buying process. is that a problem?

You don’t need to know anything about the home buying process to start off. I will walk you through it, front to back. I know it seems daunting but I will walk the walk with you.

Q3. how did you come up with this idea?

Here’s the truth: I didn’t. I am simply making it my core model. You could possibly just google ‘Georgia buyer agent rebate’ and find other brokers and agents offering rebates. However, you probably won’t see other brokers and agents advertising it actively. Why, you ask? Well, who doesn’t like to keep more money in their pockets?

Q5. Yooo, ARE BUYER AGENT REBATES even legal?

Absolutely! A buyer’s agent can give any part of their commission as rebate. See excerpt from the rules and regulations listed on the Georgia Secretary of State’s website here.

A licensee may rebate to a principal any part of a commission, fee, or other compensation received by the licensee related to the purchase, sale, lease or exchange of real estate as long as said rebate is disclosed on the closing statement for that transaction and as long as the rebate does not mislead any other licensee, other principal, lender, title company or government agency involved in the transaction regarding the source of funds to complete the transaction or regarding the financial resources or obligations of a buyer principal.
